What is a Naturopath and Naturopathy All About? Naturopathy is a complete natural health care system that supports mental, physical and emotional health. The focus of Naturopathic Medicine is on preventative health and treatment is tailored to each individuals needs. Naturopaths implement this via non-toxic, natural therapies, ranging from nutritional therapy, herbal medicine, homeopathy, Bach flower remedies, to manual bodywork such as acupressure, biomagnetism and frequency healing. A naturopath understands bio-individuality and biochemical uniqueness, and that there is no 'one size fits all' diet or solution to health. Naturopaths are also mindful of how lifestyle and environmental factors impact the health of an individual, and keep this in mind when preparing wellness plans. Naturopaths investigate, identify and address underlying causes of health issues whilst supporting any current symptoms. Naturopathy is based on the principle that given the optimal conditions, we can enhance our body's natural healing power. How Does Lekita Work? During sessions, Lekita uses a combination of nutritional therapy, naturopathic principles, herbal medicine, functional testing, tissue salts, iridiology, traditional Chinese medicine, Bach flowers, homeopathy, essential oil therapy, kinesiology, coaching, emotional release work, german new medicine techniques, law of attraction and DNRS techniques to ensure emotional, spiritual and physical healing. Lekita works closely with other holistic therapists such as osteopaths, acupuncturists, colon hydrotherapists, homeopaths, reflexologists, counsellors, hypnotherapists, yoga teachers etc to optimally support clients and enhance healing. What to Expect During a Follow-Up Consultation? Follow-up consultations typically last 1 hour. During this time, Lekita will review what is/is not working with your prescribed plan and any changes in symptoms, medication use, diet, stress etc. If necessary, Lekita will perform a physical examination and use other holistic therapies deemed necessary for health improvement. Once the consultation is complete, an updated naturopathic plan will be emailed to the client. Follow-up consultations cost £150 for the session plus wellbeing plan. Follow-up appointments should be booked in for 2 weeks-1 month post session.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellations and rescheduling appointments, please do inform us 48 hours before appointment start time. Failure to do so prevents deposit refund/reuse and a new deposit must be payed to book a new appointment. If a cancellation or request for rescheduling occurs more than 48 hours prior to the appointment, the deposit will be applicable to the next booked appointment. If cancellation or rescheduling occurs within 48 hours, deposits will be non-refundable and non-applicable to other future bookings.
